Hi,

You are having some stomach symptoms that indicate gastritis, or gastroesophageal reflux problem. You can take Omeprazol,30 minutes before breakfast and in the evening before sleeping for two weeks, after that you can continue once in the morning.

You should also have frequent and small meals, eat food high in fiber (grains, vegetables and fruits), avoid fried, fast-food and processed food.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Suela Gjata,
