How Can Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea Be Treated?

I have been having abdominal pain ( stomach cramps and spasms ) in the upper side.. This is also accompanied with diarrhea. this has been going on for 4 days. i went to the doctor and he prescribed ranitidine and buscopan for four days! can you please let me know if that is enough to go with?

I can understand your concern.
No, these drugs are not enough.
Diarrhoea with abdominal pain is mostly due to gut infection.
So gut specific antibiotic like ornidazole and ofloxacin combination is needed.
Probiotic drug like sporolac is very good to control diarrhoea.
ORS (oral rehydration solution) and zinc tablets are needed for quick recovery.
So start these drugs along with your prescribed drugs for better symptomatic relief.
