How Can Abdominal Pain, Constipation And Blood Be Treated?

I saw my md about abdominal pain, constipation and then loose stools with blood. Labs are normal. I already take laxitive to help with constipation, she suggested maybe a gluten free, dairy free diet. That was 2 weeks ago. Today I have severe diarrhea, and also blood when urinating, vaginal blood and pressure and blood stools from frequency of the diarrhea, what can i take to help.
