How Can Accident Wounds On The Face And Knee Be Treated?
Hi, i fell down from my bike 2 days back, have got wounds all over my face and my right knee as well. I have been taking up amoxycillin along with a pain killer and also applied cipladine powder, also when i apply soframycin the wound becomes wet and liquid keeps coming out of it. While when cipladine powder is sprinkled no such liquid is found. Can someone suggest what should be done to heal the wound soon
As you are applying Cipladine powder it leads absorption of the fluid and it is the cause that the fluid that is probably inflammatory fluid post injury that comes out.. So do not worry about it as it will get better once the healing progresses..
So my suggestion to you to continue taking antibiotics and painkillers and do regular antiseptic dressing to let it heal faster..
Avoid touching the area again and again as it can cause infection and can inturn delay healing.. In normal healthy and septic conditions the wound healing can take atleast 8 to 10 days for initial healing and the scars or marks can take further to resolve, so it is better to be patient and continue with the treatment as it is appropriately advised..
Hope I have answered your query.. Please let me now if I can assist you further..
