How Can Acid Reflux And Pain In The Chest Be Treated?

Hi I m Sheila I m 49 years old .have been to er several times for chest pain dull comes and goes they always tell me it s gastritis.or acid reflux. I ve taken acid reflux meds no relief.dont know what to take for gasritis. My stomach is making loud roaring sounds.seems like gas is caught in my chest what can I do?

Hello welcome to the health care magic

Gastritis and acid reflux can lead chest pain.

For that rabeprazole 20 mg can be taken for 4 week.

Head elevated while sleeping.

Avoid excess spicy foods.

Take sleep 2 to 3 hour after taking food.

If chest pain persist after correction of gastritis than investigate with chest x ray for further work up
