How Can Acid Reflux Be Treated?

I m an 18 year old female standing at around 5 9 and 145 lbs, recently I have been experiencing heartburn and other forms of acid reflux alongside occasional constipation and constant burping. Last night I had sushi (restaurant prepared, high quality, non-deep fried) for dinner with a pot of black tea, and as I was walking into my local top foods after dinner stopped in my tracks at an all too familiar pang in my chest. I thought it was strange given that I normally experience symptoms like this after eating fried, fatty, or otherwise questionable foods, but never after a meal I would consider relatively healthy.

Hello,

If you are feeling discomfort only after having this food or since before only your suffering from the above problem. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid caffeinated drinks. You may be suffering from acute gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome or food intolerance. Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
