hello doc i m 7 months pregnent nd i was having acidity from last few days. but from last two weeks i mfeeling heaviness in my left side of throat. when i sleep face turning right side i feel heaviness and my throat got chocked .imvery upset plz reply

Gravid uterus leads to diaphragm shifting upside leading to acid reflux from stomach to oesophagus ( foodpipe).simple antacids like ulgel, domperidone , pantoprazole, omeprazole will suffice to treat acidity...
