How Can Acne Be Treated?

I was just watching a dr of tv and she was talking about a medication that just became across the counter for acne and I did not get the name of it my granddaudhter has acne and we have tried most all the washes and masks do you have any idea what this medication is

Acne may be caused by many reasons. Acne is of various types. Depending upon types treatment can differ. The medicine you are taking about that I don't know. I am prescribing the treatment and advice to treat acne. Frequently washing of face. Wear mask over face when their is sunlight or dust.
- Clindamycin gel two types
- Retinoid cream at night
- Azithromysin once day for 3 days in week
- Acmaid face wash once a day
