How Can Acne On The Body Be Treated?

Hello doctor.my daughter is 1.6 yrs.she got attacked by typhoid and chest infection simultaneously two months ago.she was hospitalized and treated with first rocciphin then meronem.dr.said she was not responding to antibiotics and reason behind it was excess use of antibiotics.i wanna ask that she got severe allergy n accnee on her body.now another doctor gave her dromax and rigix and myteka.i told the history to doctor that she is asked to avoid antibiotics as much as possible but doctor said it s a lighter antibiotic.what should I do? She gets this type of accnee whole the summer and every season.
