How Can Acne On The Chest, Face And Head Be Treated?

Hello. I am 29 years old man. Around 2 years, I am dealing with acne everyday. I have acne on my chest, face and head. I was visiting a dermatologist for a year and she was prescribing antibiotics plus some lotions. They worked a little bit temporarily, but never cured me completely. I am tired of the situation and need some consultation.

Acne on the chest, face and head are very common in your age group and occurs due to onset of puberty, hormonal changes and when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum, dead skin and bacteria get infected. You already taking medicine but not get benefited. You should use Isotrentoin on daily basis and wash face with clindamycin gel. Wash other affected areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day. Exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course.
