How Can Acne On The Neck, Face, Chest And Legs Be Treated?

I have bumps popping up on my neck, face, arms, chest, and legs. I tried to pop it but it want. The core is hard and yellow. It will not heal it itches it get real red and hot. And when I squeeze it. It acts like a pimple but a seed looking thing surfaces and will not come out.

Hi,

As the first line of management, you can apply clindamycin ointment after cleaning with soap and water. If the lesion persists, you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
