How Can Acne, Pimples And Skin Fairness Be Treated?

i had pimple n acne problem,im loosing my fairness too.im under gng treament from jan bt till now i did not get rid of that problem.for every 20 days SALLYPEEL chemical was giving.plz help me bcoz im spending so much money but still..............im with the same problem

Hello. Thank you for writing to us

Certainly the salicylic peel is not doing enough for your severity of acne.
The peel which your are taking is basically an add on to specific antiacne treatment (topical as well as oral) and is not a substitute/ replacement for antiacne treatment.
In addition to the chemical peeling sessions, which are usually given every 2-3 weeks you also need to be on topical treatment which comprises antiacne antibacterials like clindamyicn, benzoyl peroxide and topical retinoids like adapalene.
One of the oral antiacne antibacterials may also be started e.g doxycycline, minocycline or azithromycin, if your acne warrants i.e if they are red, painful, pustular, nodular.
I suggest that you revisit a dermatologist and bring up this point regarding adding oral and topical antiacne treatment.
