How Can Acute Anxiety, Cold Sweats With Stomach Ache Be Treated?

Hi, My name is Nancy. I am 55. I recently got divorced & moved back to my home town. My problem is anxiety. I am on 75mg of zoloft. I am very shaky upon waking up in the morning. Cold sweats & stomach ache. I find it hard to eat anything for breakfast. Is there something I can do or take to eliminate this problem . What do you think might be causing this to happen. I have had this off & on for 2 yrs. Thank you

Hello

I think your symptoms of anxiety are still persisting. Either zoloft is not working for you or it may be due to your irregular drug schedule.
You should talk to your doctor and stay regular with your drugs.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation regularly in morning.
Hope this helps
