I have degeneration in my l3 through my l5., so lower back pain is normal for me and i see a chiro when needed. About a week ago, i started with a bad pain in my mid back. it hurts to stay in any position too long and to stretch most times.what could be going on. it is also tender whrn i touch that part of my back, but i do not feel anything
