How Can Acute Head Pain Be Treated?

my left head is very painful. It's kept comimg and going for nearly two years. Usually when I haven't rested well or slepless for a while, it comes. It seems to locate somewhere at the back of my left eye, it's like a needle there drilling me and makes the whole left area painful, the teeth, the jaw, face on the left side and the left ear. It's extremely painful when I am in the wind or cold air. I couldn't even open my left eye, with tears running down.
