How Can Acute Joint Pains Be Treated?

HI,
Dear sir i have got uric acid three months ago then it was 9.2 mg.
After the madication it is Now 6.5 range while lab range is 8.2 for male.
But i still have pain in my joints.
After that i have checked 3 more tests
1-lfts
2-Ra factor
3-urine rft
All results was negative.
Butt i have still pain in joints.
I have pain in my right leg joint(where the leg ends and Foot Starts) and on the inner knee of left leg.
Plz tell me what i have to do.
