How Can Acute Neck Pain Be Treated?

I cracked my neck this morining on my bed, and I have felt an excruciating pain ever since. I have to keep my neck in an abnormal position to feel the least pain. When I turn my head slowly to the left or tilt it up slowly I always feel a sharp pain when I barely turn it. My head is currently tilted to the right slightly and facing a downward position. I even struggled to get out of my bed. I'm not sure what I can do. I have tried a heating pad for an hour, I've tried an ice pack, even a vibrator on my neck, but nothing works. Can you help me?
