How Can Acute Neck Pain Be Treated?

I am suffering from acute neck pain for one year. No remedy after prolonged treatment by dotor of Neuro-medicine. Doctor of pain management diagnosed the pain as "Facet Joint Arthropathy" advised for Radio Frequency Ablation. I suffered from Transverse Myelitis In 1999 & 2004 and in 2004 I was treated in NIMHANS BANGALORE. MY age is 28 years . My height is 5ft & 4 inches 7 weight is more than 50 kgs. No neurological problem has been detected afer 5 M.R.I. Advise
