There are many causes of pancreatitis . for example Alcohol consumption gall stones drug induced high triglycerides in blood autoimmune disease etc .
If you can upload the test reports done for you I can go through it and let you know if anything has been missed out or not as evaluation for cause of pancreatitis can be extensive.
