Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have seen many patients who got their tonsil adenoids removed and now they are leading their happy life.

Many patients who require surgery, it's better to get it done because it is a permanent relief for your symptoms.

But, if surgery is not indicated then doctors usually treat the medical line of treatment only. So, you first meet your ENT doctor and find out what is necessary.

If they say surgery then go ahead with it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
