How Can Allergic Cough And Intolerance To Cold Weather Be Treated?

Sir, I find my father some of the following symptoms: 1. Coughing frequently 2. Motion sickness 3. Can t tolerate to cold weather condition 4 Can t use cold water for both external &internal purposes.. 5. Can t drink unboiled water.. 6. If, by mistake, sometimes cold water is consumed/ tolerated in cold, then its impact like cough & other illness become more severe from the before.. And we consulted many doctors too. They said that the disease is Allergy & they suggested & did many treatments but not too much benefited n can t be cured at all.. And now AVIL & DEXONA injections is being given to my father. And these injectins give relief to my father for some days but can t cure the disease still..
