How Can Allergic Insect Bite On The Legs Be Treated?

I got bit by some type of bug , but I m not sure what kind . I thought they were mosquitoes but on the first two days of having them they were swelled to about the size of a golf ball , maybe a little bigger ( as far as width ) they were raised up a couple of centimeters and were super red and itchy . It s been 3 days since I first noticed them and now they look like a bunch of hickeys on my legs that are still super swelled up . My legs are going numb around the area a little more and more .

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take antihistamines like cetirizine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered the question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
