How Can Allergic Rhinitis Be Treated?

Sir I am suffering from allergic rhinitis since 10 years age is 30 years old i am using Montek LC regularly and but when I am using nasal spray my nose is blockage actually my nasal spray is used but after using daily 10 days nose block and also early always cold and after 4 hours it is good pls give reply what I have to do

After reading your post, I would suggest that you should avoid the possible allergens. Wear proper clothing during change of seasons.
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables to increase your immunity. Drink lots of water daily.
You can take Vitamin C supplement for increase in immunity.
Wash you hands before eating food to prevent any disease causing germs to enter your body. Do regular exercises.
Levocetrizine can be taken to treat your symptoms.
