How Can Allergic Skin Rash Be Treated?

hello. My daughter (10) suffers from allergies to dogs and mold. Yesterday after a bike ride we came home and she started braking out in an itchy rash all over her body. I gave her 2 Claritins chewables within 3 hours difference. This morning she still has the rash. She also suffers from eczema. Should I take her to the pediatrician or is there anything else I can do? Thank you.

yes, take her to the pediatrician. the rash may sometimes not respond to certain anti allergic medication so soon and it may take longer time to get well.
