How Can Allergic Skin Reaction On The Face Be Treated?

hi, i was exfoliating my face and used an exfoliating cinnamon face scrub that was burning my face, but i didn t think anything of it until it started to create darkened marks around my face area that i still have two weeks after i stopped using the scrub. how do i fix this and get my face back to normal? because this is making me feel incredibly self-conscious.

Hi.

It looks like post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to using the scrub that has caused a reaction leading to inflammation and increased pigmentation.
In simple terms it seems to have burnt your skin.
It can take some time to improve so please keep patience.
You can apply Kojivit ointment over it as it will help in reducing pigmentation.
Use a mild face scrub and scrub twice a week, oatmeal scrub can also be made at home.
You can apply aloevera gel on face.
Always apply sunscreen lotion when going out and also it will be better to avoid too much sun exposure to your face skin.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
