How Can Amebiasis Be Treated?

Hi my baby was diagnosed with entamoeba hystolica,0-1hpf.she has diarrhea for 2 days and manefesting no other symptoms of amoebiasis.do i need to worry even if she s not in severe condition?no signs of dehydration,no sunken eyes and vomiting observed.im hoping for your advised..thanks

Hi,

There is no need to worry, it can happen to anyone and us treatable.

This is just an infection from parasite entamoeba.

Take him to the emergency room first.she may be required for stool tests.

She will be put on antibiotics for one week. As infection clears she will feel ok.
