How Can Amenorrhea And Vaginal Discharge With Unusual Bleeding Be Treated?

for 2 years I havent had a periode. 2 weeks ago I bled all brown not heavey but it was there.Then last week I bled bright red not heavy but enough to where I had to use a panty liner and a pad.I only bled every other day wasnt a full bled.Now today after not bleeding for a couple days I had a creamy pink dischage on my pantys. This morning I threw up.I was feeling fine and then all of a sudden I threw up and now I feel like Im going to throw up again and have a weird taste in my mouth but i still feel fine.whats wronge?
