Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

By doing USG abdo, the causes of amenorrhea like PCOD,genito urinary tract problems have been ruled out that can cause amenorrhea.
Amenorrhea can be due to hormonal imbalance/thyroid disorders.
I advise you to get your thyroid levels, blood FSH levels,LH levels checked.
Consult a good gynaecologist in this regard.
If it is due to thyroid, specific management thyroid drugs will sort out the issue.
If it is hormonal imbalance, contraceptive pills therapy for 3-6 months will help.
You also have to keep your body weight within control by healthy diet and regular exercising.

Hope this information helps.
Feel free to ask any more query.
