How Can Amenorrhea Causing Irregular Periods Be Treated?

hi im 21 years old unmarried female.. im not having period for more than 6 months.. i undergone some test advised by my doctor.. and results hb-11.6gm,FT4-1.12,TSH-2,UPT-negative..they said everything is normal.. but still my irregular period is not regulared.. can you suggest some treatments for me?
