How Can Amenorrhea Since An Abortion Be Treated?

im 20 years old and i stopped getting my period. My last period came October 5th of last year and today is March 13 and still no period. I had an abortion one time and that happened around this time last year. Everything has been fine until november came along. I have taken 4 pregnancy test and all NEGATIVE. I just took the fourth one right now. I havent gone to the doctor because i have no insurance or a job and my boyfriend and I are very scared. Is there anything else i could do?...
