How Can Amenorrhea With Irregular Periods And Fatigue Be Treated?

I havnt gotten my period in four months.. they were irregular anyway but not this long! I have checked pregnancy tests twice (as recent as yesterday) which both showed negative... I am sleeping long hours and am still constantly tired! What could this be?
