Sol measuring1.4cmdx1.3cms is seen in the anterior wall of the uterus reaching near endometrium sol shows iso to hypoechoieic echtexture .Endometrium is 6.6 mmthick.both ovaries are normal. A follicle measuring 19.1 is seen in theright ovary .Pod is free. She is my wife of age 43 years

Sol means that the pt is having a space occupying lesion (a mass)in uterrus and a small follicle eg cyst like in rt ovary
