How Can An Abortion Be Done Safely?

my girlfriend is in 23 and have hyperthyroid and asmatic allergy,her menustration period is not correct, before 56 days is last mensus happened,what is the safe way for abortion,we are regulrly intercourse and always usin nonoxynol.now she is physicaly tooweek and b4 5 days she took anayurveda medicine called mensisforte.what can we do?

Auyrvedic medicine does not cause successful abortion. Mifepristone plus misoprostol is safe and effective method for abortion. First confirm the intrauterine pregnancy by ultrasound scan before abortion. Abortion should be
done under the advice of gynecologist. Home use of abortion pill as self medication should not be done as it cause complication like erratic bleeding, excessive cramp, abnormal development of pregnancy, incomplete abortion and risk of infection.
By method mifepristone 600 mg orally followed by misoprostol 800 ug
should be put high in the vagina one by one by gynecologist. Dose can be modified according to bleeding by gynecologist.
Confirmation of incomplete abortion should be done after 14 days by ultrasound scan. Rest, mefal spas, healthy diet with iron supplements, proper pelvic hygiene should be maintained.
