How Can An Abrasion On The Foreskin Be Treated?

I was wearing a cockring on saturday nite and wen i was wanking with my bf i seemed to have lefted an abrasion on my foreskin Which is now pulled back past the head of my penis which was swollen but it seems to be going down My question to u doctor is now that it is going down will it go back to normal and can i put cream on it also the head is always dry . Can u help me please.
