How Can An Acne On The Buttocks Be Treated?

I have a rash on my bottom maybe acne. I m not sure. I have had 2 rounds of antibiotics. Amox and I have had a rocephyin injection lately. It is red. It almost seems like rash or possible ingrown hair not sure what can I do to get rid of redness. No other part for my body breaks out

It can be an infected folliculitis.
You can apply topical antibiotics like Mupirocin for symptomatic relief.
If lesion persist you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
