How Can An Acne Scar On The Face Be Treated?

I pricked out the blackhead on my face and my face turned reddish. Then bymistakenly i put over it a cloth soaked in hot water & now there is a small black burned mark spot on my face. What remedy can be done to remove that patch? I need it to heal soon. Please suggest a solution.

hi there.
1. your concern is irritant contact dermatitis.
2. you can try vaniza hc cream twice daily.
3. use it until redness vanishes then discard it.
4. if no change within a day than have a consultation with dermatologist near by you.
don't worry it is curable.
