How Can An Affected Area Redness At The Navel Be Cured After Parts Of Me Being Cured With Triamcinolone Acetone Cream?

Hello, had poison ivy about 1 month ago. Took prescriber medication and applied prescribed Triamcinolone Acetone cream. Condition cleared up, except small area around belly button. Now (4 weeks later) more redness is appearing around belly button. Do I need another round of poison ivy medication?
