How Can An Ankle Injury With Pain And Swelling Be Treated?

We were doing some grappling and the guy I was grappling with put me in an ankle lock, and has he twisted it popped loudly. It doesn't hurt to walk only when i turn it on the side and the pain, swell, and bruising is on the ball. What would that mean because I can rotate it so it's not broken
