How Can An Ankle Sprain Be Treated?

I sprained my ancle two days ago , x-rays show no fractures. I m concerned about a dent in my muscle about half way between my knee and ancle, directly above the side of my ancle that was stressed. I am assuming this muscle was stretched when my ancle rolled. Should I go to an orthopedic to have it looked at or is this normal? Thank you
