How Can An Electric Shock To The Arm Causing Pain Be Treated?

Hi I got an electric shock in my left arm all the way down to my fingers but it was painful, it only lasted a few seconds should i be worried, and what could it be? by the way i do suffer from anxiety attacks especially when i am in the car and when this shock happened i was in the car
