Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Hysterectomy has to be done at the earliest. Delay in treatment may cause spread of tumor to other parts of body and may cause unwanted complications. Sometime ovaries and Fallopian tubes also has to be removed. Consult a gynecologist and he will direct you accordingly. In some cases radiation may be needed after surgery.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain
