How Can An Eye Infection Be Treated?

My daughters eye is red and pussing. We think it s conjunctivitis but not sure. We just finished treatment with her other eye which had a corneal ulcer. I was wondering if the medications she has would work for the eye that is bothering her now or should I just wait till tomorrow to take her to the doctor.
