How Can An Eye Injury Be Treated?

My stupid brother shot me in the eye with his Nerf gun, and it hit very hard and made my eye water. I can still see like I normally can, except for a dark spot in the top right corner of my vision. I notice it when I blink, and it gets more noticeable after I touch/rub my eye. I was hit in the top right of my eye, does that have anything to do with it? Should I be concerned, or will this go away on its own? My eye still hurts a little, and it's been a few hours since being hit.
