What antibiotic are you taking ? Was culture sensitivity done before starting antibiotic ? Do you have pain in your wound. Prediabetic range of blood glucose could also delay wound healing. Check your sugars again fasting and postprandial. Make sure your sugars are controlled. This condition needs evaluation with your endocrinologist. And they might give right antibiotic and decide whether you need any medicine to control sugars and saline dressing for the wound.
