How Can An Infected Wound Be Treated?

I covered a razor cut with a a cotton dipped in Dettol for almost 16 hours, when I took it off, there was a dark brown burn the size of a coin beneath it.... it hurts and it looks awful and the skin is so tight and thin around it... what should I do??? Should I apply some (MEBO) and cover it up??? should I keep it exposed to air?? Please help

I have gone through your concern in depth .

@ This is skin burn following long exposure to dettol ( due to skin reaction )
@ My recommendations for better recovery
$ Apply thin layer of MEBO 3 times a day , keep it open ( do not cover )
$ Take care not to injure again
$ Ice application 2 - 3 times a day will give soothing
$ Tylenol for more pain .
