How Can An Ingrown Toenail With Swelling And Soreness Be Treated?

Err...

I have had an ingrown toenail for about two days. The toe is swollen and sore. I just noticed that my other toes on that foot are also swollen and quite hard. Just wondering please if I need to see a doctor, if so, should I wait eight hours until the morning?
