How Can An Injured And Painful Toe Lump With Swelling Be Treated?

I slamed my foot on the edge of a bed, and my small pinky toe bent (made a cracking sound), it bent like a L to the side...i cant bend it at all, and now i have a bump on the side of my toe that i cant bare to touch..and its still slightly swollen and it has been 10 days all ready, is my toe broken?
