How Can An Injured Ankle Be Treated?
Good morning, I was skiing yesterday . Unfunatruly I felt . I injure my ankle. I put some ice yesterday , so my ankle is not swollen , but it is in the pulsing pain. Do I need to go to doctor or just keep going with with ice and maybe some advil will help?
