itis not correct information and operation of testes will not help.testosterone is produced by testes in male and ovaries in female and also by adrenal to some extent. supliment of testosterone propionate can be given and monitoring can be done. it can not be ascertained as repair of testis injury how much function can be restored. take second opinion.
