How Can An Injured Urethra Be Treated?

Hi there my son 18 had an accident and his urethra was cut inside. I he has had a surgery to fix it , but all the shit on the net is not helpful as all of them say it s not going to repair. can you please advise if it can self heal or what are my option sad mother

if there is internal injury , it may lead to obstruction leading to difficulty in urination.If you don't feel difficulty in urination, wait for wound to be cured and till then take medications. After wound is healed , consult any surgeon for recorrection.
